At Up Intensity, we design performance gear meant to move with you. Because most of our apparel is produced on demand, our refund policy is different from big-box retailers. Please read carefully before placing your order.
What we cover
We will replace or refund an item if it arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
What we don’t cover
To keep our pricing fair and production efficient, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sizing issues (please use the size chart before ordering)
- Preference changes or buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by washing, training, or improper care
How to request a replacement or refund
Email support@upintensity.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem
Once reviewed, we’ll let you know the next steps. Approved cases will receive a free replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
Shipping & delivery issues
If your tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management first
- Contact us within 7 days if the package remains missing
Packages confirmed as lost in transit may qualify for a replacement or refund after carrier review.
Address errors & refused packages
Orders returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses, or
- Refused delivery
may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus original shipping costs.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Final sale items
Items marked Final Sale are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
