At Up Intensity, every order is handled with intention. Most of our apparel is made to order, which allows us to reduce waste and deliver premium-quality gear designed for performance.
Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. This processing time includes production, quality checks, and packaging.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times
Estimated shipping times (after processing):
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
Occasional promotions may include free shipping thresholds, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
Tracking information
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an address error, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
Lost, delayed, or missing packages
If your tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received your package:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
- Allow 24–48 hours in case of delayed carrier scans
If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with next steps.
Customs, duties & international orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
