This Shipping Policy explains how Up Intensity (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes and ships orders placed through our website and related online stores.
Order Processing
We aim to process orders promptly after purchase. Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.
· Standard processing time: typically 1–5 business days.
· During peak seasons, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be longer.
· You will receive a confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Rates may vary based on destination, package weight, and selected service.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are provided by carriers. These are estimates and not guarantees.
· Domestic (U.S.) delivery: typically 3–10 business days after dispatch.
· International delivery: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
Tracking & SMS Delivery Updates (Optional)
If tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide it in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package is handed off to the carrier.
If you provide a mobile phone number at checkout and opt in to SMS notifications, we may send order and shipping updates by text message. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Split Shipments
To get your items to you faster, your order may be split into multiple shipments. If so, you will receive tracking information for each package.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages / Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can arrange a reshipment at the customer’s expense or issue a refund for the product cost (excluding original shipping fees), if applicable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
· For damaged items, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
· For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us.
